These terms govern the purchase and use of the Custom Funko Method online course and its bonuses.

1. Who is selling

2. What you're buying

A digital product: an online course with video lessons that teaches the process of creating custom Funko-style characters from a customer's photo and preparing the 3D model for printing, plus the bonuses listed on the sales page. Everything is accessed online; nothing physical is shipped. Access is for life, with a one-time payment and no monthly fees.

A 3D printer, filament, paint and any other printing materials are not included: the course is meant for people who already have (or plan to get) their own 3D printer.

3. Price and payment

The price shown is the final price in US dollars. Payment is made by card through our processor in a secure environment; we do not handle or store your card details.

4. Delivery

As soon as your payment is confirmed, you receive an email with your access. If you don't see it, check your spam folder and email us — we reply from the same address you ordered from.

5. Right to cancel and money-back guarantee

Because this is digital content delivered immediately, your purchase means you agree to instant access and acknowledge that standard withdrawal periods for physical goods do not apply to digital products delivered this way.

Regardless, we choose to offer an unconditional 7-day guarantee: if within 7 days of purchase you feel the course isn't right for you, email us and we'll refund 100% of your payment, no questions asked.

6. License to use

Your purchase grants you a personal license to watch the lessons and use what you learn. You can create, print and sell physical figures for your own customers — that's the goal of the course. You may not resell, redistribute, share or publish the lessons, the course materials or the bonus files (in whole or in part, as files), or share your access credentials with third parties.

7. Legal notice and results disclaimer

The Custom Funko Method is an educational product. We do not promise or guarantee any specific income or number of sales: results depend on each person's dedication, skills, equipment, pricing and market. Figures and character images shown on the sales page and in our ads are illustrative examples of the kind of work the process allows you to create.

This site has no institutional affiliation with third-party registered trademarks. Visual and stylistic references are used strictly for educational and demonstration purposes.

8. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the consumer-protection laws applicable in the buyer's place of residence.
